Delegation Challenges Heard Across The State

The Temporary Credentials Committee of the TDP has begun the process of holding hearings across the state to attempt to unscrew some of what got screwed up during county and Senate District conventions across the state in late March.

Of course, the MainStream Media tells us this is going on, but nothing about what actually happened:

The committee on Tuesday heard challenges from the Austin area. Bexar County challenges are scheduled for today at the AFL-CIO headquarters in Austin.

Harris County-area challenges will be heard Friday at a Houston location that has not yet been determined, said committee Chairman David Escamilla, an Obama supporter. The committee vice chairman is Gary Horton, a Clinton supporter from Galveston.

Capitol Annex has been advised that at least one reporter (from the American-Statesman) was at Tuesday’s proceeding and left mid-way through after one challenge went on a very long time. I’m also aware that one challenge was withdrawn during the proceeding. I’m not sure why the Chronicle didn’t tell us more of what actually happened at the hearing.

I’m quite sure that this has to be very boring to our friends in the MSM, but it is, in fact, one of the most important aspects to making sure that all votes are counted from the county and senate district conventions.
