TX CD 07: Skelly Versus Culberson Contest Named “Emerging Race” By DCCC

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has named the Texas CD 7 contest between Democrat Michael Skelly and Republican incumbent John Culberson an “emerging race,” notes Swing State Project.
The DCCC has also set up an Act Blue page for its Emerging Races here.
And, there is more good news! Skelly’s race could, as am Emerging Race, qualify for the DSCC’s “Red To Blue” fund-raising effort. You can read more about that here.
