You all will recall how, in 2006, we brought Barbara Ann Radnofsky within a hair of making the final round in Barbara Boxer’s PAC For A Change competition. Well, we have a chance to make up for that this time by making sure that Rick Noriega is the number one candidate on Boxer’s site.
