Michael Skelly’s campaign for Congress today launched its second TV ad, “On Top,” addressing the need to increase energy production to keep Houston the energy capital of the world:

The ad highlights Skelly’s background as a successful wind energy businessman and his vision for a balanced approach to energy issues. It will air on both cable and broadcast television throughout the Houston area.
