Oral Arguments In Brimer Lawsuit Set For September 19

The Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth has set September 19 as the date for oral arguments in Sen. Kim Brimer’s lawsuit to try and kick Democratic candidate Wendy Davis off the ballot. PoliTex has more.
