Craddick Makes Staff Changes

Texas Politics has the dirty details:
Speaker Tom Craddick today promoted spokeswoman Alexis DeLee to communications director and announced the hiring of James Bernsen as press secretary. DeLee will remain the speaker’s primary spokesperson and oversee the press office, while Bernsen will write and manage the speaker’s Web site.
Chris Cutrone, who has been DeLee’s assistant, will be the House’s media relations liaison.
Bernsen is a former correpondent for the Lone Star Report and former aide to several lawmakers, including former U.S. Sen. Phil Gramm and U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison.
