Quorum Report is reporting that the Nueces County Republican Party’s tack ad attacking Juan Garcia and Abel Herrero:
QR has learned that the ad we posted earlier today from the Nueces County Republican Party has been pulled from two Corpus Christi TV stations.
We left a message at the Party headquarters seeking comment.
In the meantime, Juan Garcia campaign consultant Christian Archer confirmed the story saying, “the legal department at one TV station thought the information in the spot was inaccurate and the other TV station followed suit.”
