From East Texas to Dallas to Central Texas and Houston, Democrats have a great opportunity to pick up seats–but are also forced to play strong defense in some Republican and Republican-leaning districts.
Capitol Annex has rated 12 Texas House races as “Hot” House races for the 2008 election cycle. This means that these seats are seriously in-play. We’ve rated another dozen or so races as “Worth Watching,” and we’ll reveal that list later today.
Below is the list of Capitol Annex’s “Hot House Race.” We’ll update this list very regularly. You’ll also note that, as of this morning, you can access the ratings from the front page of the website.
